“I’m honoured to be working with Scott and Indigenous Financial Solutions and committed to advancing the economic goals of Indigenous communities,” said Horn-Miller from her home near Montreal. “I’ve long been an advocate for Indigenous peoples to play an increasingly important role in all aspects of society. That includes economic empowerment, wealth creation and business development as a solid foundation for Indigenous nationhood.”

Waneek will provide advice and leadership to Indigenous Financial Solutions and the IFS group of companies. She will play a lead role in business development, working alongside Indigenous and non-Indigenous business leaders and overseeing a wide range of projects and initiatives for IFS clients.
